Kansas City has a thirteen member legislative body that consists of two individuals from each of KC’s six districts, plus the mayor.
Of the two people from each district, one is elected by only the voters in the district (In-District) and one is elected by all Kansas City voters (At-Large).
Our District.
District 1 is the fastest growing portion of Kansas City with roughly 3,000 new neighbors a year. The Northland accounted for over 70% of Kansas City’s growth in the last decade.
